Correctly made repairs will extend the life of your blanket. At HBCR, our experienced seamstress repairs blankets with care and great attention to detail. Every attempt is made to match color and material.  Our repair shop is well-stocked, and we match binding and fabric colors as closely as possible from our in-stock supplies. We have a large assortment of replacement buckles and fasteners. Any blanket can be repaired. However, if we think your blanket should be replaced, we will let you know before we proceed with expensive repairs. We are committed to customer satisfaction.

Customers should inspect their blankets prior to having them washed and repaired in order to best let us know what repairs are requested. Many of our customers prefer our seamstress to carefully inspect each blanket and complete any repairs necessary.

All blankets must be cleaned prior to being repaired. If blankets have been cleaned elsewhere, they must be approved for cleanliness by our seamstress. It is important to us that only the cleanest blankets are put on our machines. This ensures that the customer who has HBCR  wash their blankets can be confident that they remain clean during the repair process. This also prevents cross contaminations from stable to stable.  Please ask if you require an estimate for your larger repairs.

Blankets must be clean prior to repair, and all blankets received at our pick up locations will be cleaned by HBCR. If you have "Repair only" items, you need to bring them to our shop. There is a $12.00 minimun per "Repair only" item, and we reserve the right to assess each item for cleanliness.
